    Waterstone and Regents Park Drive have turned into a street show at night. Tire marks so thick you can barely see the street markers. Trash from fast food wrappers and red drink cups are strewn up and down Waterstone on both sides. This is a mess.

    Taxpayers money being wasted on staffing to pick up and remove. Why can’t the city do something about this constant problem?
