The dumping has begun again! What a horrible display of irresponsible behavior. If anyone witnessed this, please report vehicle license plate and/or description of the individuals responsible for this pitiful and criminal activity to the VPD. Thanks in advance to our city workers for picking up after these inconsiderate and disrespectful people.

Packard Alley is a mess!!! Homeless activity and Squatters living in vehicles. Please address this growing problem.

Some jerk in a white dual cab pickup truck (Toyota Tacoma?) decided to use the public street directly in front of my home as a dumping ground Friday night at 9pm. Dump and run. What a loser!

this parcel on the corner of Monterey and Louisiana is grossly overgrown with grasses and weeds...almost 2 feet high, and over 2 feet high along fence.

This homeless situation still continues. It is now in the 4th week. A gentleman is living in his vehicle and has trash and other belongings on the public street and sidewalk. A month! Why has this not been addressed? It has been reported to VPD and code enforcement. The lingering presence of this vehicle has attracted other individuals who are also (apparently) encamped in their vehicles in the Packard Alley which is immediately adjacent to where this vehicle has been sitting for past 30 days. Can this please be addressed! It is a blight in my neighborhood. I'm a long time tax paying homeowner in the neighborhood. This is not a welcomed presence here.

Packard Alley is becoming a vehicular homeless Encampment. loitering. trash. waste. This is blight in our neighborhood. It was a huge problem last summer and is now developing into the same repeated situation. This activity is detrimental to the safety, quality of life, and property values of we tax paying homeowners in the neighborhood. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY.

ugh!!!....yet ONE MORE discarded mattress appeared this morning. Is there a sign somewhere that advertises this property as a free mattress reclamation point in our city?? So FRUSTRATING that certain irresponsible individuals think it is ok to litter the community that many otherwise responsible individuals care about. As a resident of this neighborhood, I (and others) appreciate the efforts of our city departments who have to pick up after uncaring individuals. Please address this asap. THANK YOU in advance ONCE AGAIN.

This vehicle was abandoned on Saturday, January 26. It has no plates, flat tires, perhaps in an accident, and has been tagged with gang graffiti.
