No recycling pick up today for at least three properties on Glen View Terrace (78-134). My neighbor reflexively retrieved their recycling bin without looking in it to be sure it was empty. This creates the potential for overflowing bins and discarded recyclables next week.

Debris from broken branch left by U.I. needs to be removed.

Walk signal does not work on East Side of Ramsdell at Whalley. (all other walk signals at this intersection are working)

The light at Fowler and Amity needs to cycle twice as often as it does. The distance between the light at Fowler and the light at Amity and Whalley isn't sufficient to hold the vehicles for the time it takes the lights to cycle through the 4 separate green lights at Amity and Whalley.

The intersection is routinely blocked by Amity traffic. An issue that law enforcement should be addressing (among others), but don't. When the light is green for Fowler it is very short, and traffic is often stopped for cars attempting to turn right from Fowler onto Amity (which is already backed up). This also means no one can turn left onto Amity safely.

There is no reason for the light at Fowler and Amity to be green for East Bound traffic on Amity while the light at Whalley is red. Why can't the light at Fowler synchronized to the light at Whalley? People in this area don't seem to understand center turn lanes. It is rarely used, and when I do use it people don't know how to react. Why not use that center lane for traffic continuing East to Whalley, thereby separating the traffic turning right onto Fowler, which may help the traffic back up that often occurs on Amity.
