There are five tires in Jeffrey Alley, between Monterey and Alameda.
There is also a piece of electronic equipment and litter at the Monterey end.

There are two illegally dumped tires near the Monterey Street end of the alley on the south side.
There is an illegally dumped broken chair further up the alley, towards Alameda Street on the north side.

This vacant City owned property has a broken window on the side of the building that faces the RR tracks.
Please secure this building to prevent a squatter situation.

There is significant dumping surrounding this building. There is also a piece of furniture on the sidewalk in front of the property.
