Huge tree Half of it is dead I'm worried about it falling on a car or person And it will block the road when it falls

When will something be done about this and other dead trees on this property? The grass in the front is being maintained now but not the back. The back yard is severely over grown with dead trees, poison ivy and other intrusive vines. The trees are a threat to neighboring property.

Nothing has been done about this! Pieces of the tree fall into the street every time it rains. Bushes are overgrown in front of the house, English ivy growing up the house and poison ivy creeping into neighboring yards.

You can identify the location of the problem by driving down Marlin Ct and looking to the left. You'll see a dead tree covered in ivy with pink flags around it. If you still can't see it just park on the side of the road and wait. It will eventually fall.
