Gutter has turned into rat palace

The gutter at the end of this alley is all filled in with concrete, and is partially sticking out of the ground. There are always at least 6 rats at one time running in and out of it.

  • Have you considered direct action? Some strategically placed rat poison pellets over the course of a week might drastically reduce the rodent population. I can 100 percent guarantee that you will die of old age before the city deals with this.
