Description

Sidewalk repair work was done on 1951 and 1961 Hoover Avenue Oakland, CA 94602. The company that did the work flushed debris all along Hoover to Edge that left the curb gutters stained. They flushed in front of the two houses, but did not consider the further effects. The debris will wash into the bay.
