Description

About a week ago there was a major water main break at this intersection (Irsih Lane & W. Adams St.). The roadway was repaired, but the cold patch has started to sink back into the hole causing a rough road surface. I am not sure if the Suffolk County Water Authority is responsible for this repair, but it needs a permanent fix. In addition, sand was spread over a two block area to prevent accidents when the water froze, but now this area needs to be swept.
