Thank you for reporting! Due to the nature of street damage, every report of a pothole must be inspected before repairs can be scheduled. This is because some potholes require extensive repairs due to sub-base damage. We will follow up with further action to be taken after this report has been inspected. If you have any questions regarding this report, feel free to call the Public Works, Maintenance office at 707-648-4556.
Thank you for reporting! The damaged street section you have reported cannot be fixed using our pothole-filling method, it must either be patched or resurfaced. Unfortunately, both of these remedies are expensive and require planning and coordination that make it impossible for us to address this issue at this time. The Streets Section has a working list of streets in Vallejo that are going to be resurfaced in the upcoming years. We will keep this street section in mind as a possible candidate for consideration in the future. If there has been no maintenance on your street in the next 6-9 months, please feel free to call us or re-report your issue on SeeClickFix. You can learn more about what it takes to fix street damage on our website at http://bit.ly/17CJyb2. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly at 707-648-4430. We apologize for the continued inconvenience of having a damaged street and thank you for your understanding of the situation.
