8/8/2014 - Richmond Traffic Mgmt Team (20020919326) noted that as of 11/07/2013 that pavement marking crew went to Noble Ave to install Speed Hump Chevrons. Found Speed Hump Chevrons installed. Road and Hump are in bad shape and needs resurfacing and then new Chevrons should be installed. Closing this request. - case file closed - rtt
