Description

Jeffrey Alley between Monterey and Alameda has several items dumped.
Near Monterey on the North side is a small, artificial Christmas tree. Midway up the alley, same side, is a large roll of plastic sheet, as well as what appears to be an air mattress. Near the Alameda entrance on the South side there is a container with Christmas wrapping paper and other items dumped in blackberry bushes.
