Existing truck regulations only restrict truck traffic that is using Cardinal Medeiros Ave from end to end without making a stop in between. Most trucks that use this street are performing local deliveries, most notably for the large commercial buildings on the east side of the street near Hampshire and Binney Sts. That activity cannot be restricted per Massachusetts General Laws. Your report has been forwarded to the Cambridge Police Department to investigate further.
