Where are the trees located? are they on the private property or street/sidewalk? Are the trees blocking the street light, lights on the property or effecting the power lines (specifically, in direct contact with the High Voltage box on the wooden pole)?   Tree trunk on sidewalk area not behind that fence so not sure if this is private or public tree. You will notice on high wind days the branches are in between the branches

  Blocking street lights because that section is very dark more people also dump garbage in that area because not lit

  Big trees still in-between electric wires high wind days this would be no good at least have hem trim it so it’s not in the electric wires over head
