Description
There is a ton of garbage in the alley, near the entrance, as well as a substantial pothole that formed during the massive rainstorms we saw a few weeks ago. It's difficult to maneuver a vehicle in and out of that alley. Thank you.

What's a neighboring address? On a mapping system it appears the address in question could either be 1665 SHIELDS AVE or 423 FRY ST, therefore, is the garbage on the west side of the alley or the east side of the alley?
