Description

Fresh graffitti (with an '09 flourish) sprouted up on the I91 overpass here on grand avenue. A fence is broken, whch allowed the vandals to go in.

A SECOND tag has appeared, and the first one is still there. Come on DOT, the longer these stay on, the more appear.
Heck, if you told me the brand and color of paint to buy, I'd do it myself!

To clarity, I'd paint over the graffiti myself, I wouldn't vandalize it :)

A community organization took care of the last of it, and cleaned up the underpass a bit as well of glass and trash. I wish I knew who they were!
