Description
The passenger loading zone in front of the Royal Conservatory of Music needs better signage: specifically, signs at car window level that can be seen by drivers without getting out of the car. This passenger loading zone is always filled with cars sporting paid parking vouchers from the nearby vending machine -- and also sporting parking tickets. Because the loading zone is adjacent to legal parking spots and the signs differentiating the two zones are small and hard to see, people legitimately get confused that they are parking legally when in fact they are not. Having the passenger loading zone full of parked cars mean that people block traffic on Bloor to load and unload passengers.
