Description

This is a frequent event, but the entire mill river area reeks of a chemical odor, and it would be helpful to get an explanation of what it is. I believe it emanates form the port. It actually gets into our building on East Street, but you can smell it across the highway when traveling. Can we get an explanation of what it is? It is NOT natural gas obviously, but does smell similar to oil or tar or even burnt coffee.
