Recently painted fire hydrants either do not have chains affixing caps to hydrant or chains are unattached. Throughout Clearpointe complex.

Thanks for reporting! I spoke with staff. They are aware of the chains. Having chains on the hydrant caps is not a requirement, staff will continue to replace them as they have time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Maintenance Division at (707) 648-5235.
