The alley connecting the 2900 block of Parkwood Avenue, and 2900 block of Grayland Avenue is full of potholes, making it difficult for vehicles that are low to the ground to maneuver through. Additionally, there are large puddles of standing water that will contribute to a potentially dangerous Zika mosquito season.
