There is a white male in his late twentys or early thirtys along with a white female in her early twentys living under the bridge. They have been seen doing drugs along with dealing them. When they are not under the bridge they are ouside of BK. They also have been seen getting rides with another drug dealer white male early twentys leaving in his silver neon with a dark blue body kit on the lower part of the car.
