I know that permits are pending for demolition of this property. Please City of Renton, speed up the process. This neighborhood has been living with the filth of garbage, broken windows, shattered glass on the ground, criminal activity including drug use and vandalism. The is now to get this mess cleaned up. Police were all over the property yesterday as a rental moving van was pulled up to the property. Please do more than the standard answer that demolition is on the docket. Let us know the status of the permits, and when the city will actually take action on this shameful garbagepile.
