CLOGGED DRAIN OUT IN FRONT OF 50 REYNARD ST, RESIDENT ALSO CLAIMS WATER COMING FROM CHERRY STREET CAUSING FLOODING ON PROPERTY LOOKING FOR CULVERT, ETC CAN BE DONE REDIRECT WATER (Resident claims issue started after the new sidewalks were installed)
