Description
The traffic lights between Toulumne Street and Broadway is SO out of sequence that I see many drivers ignoring these lights that may cause accidents. The lights used to be on sensors and had recently changed to stupid sequence for no reason. These lights need to be fixed and programmed back to sensors.
