Still have people on 5th Street too. Way over a year now. Hope the City of Vallejo applies for the Governor’s newest program that you can apply for part of $300 million for homeless program. Cause I don’t see people getting off the streets in this city. Maybe that type of money will do the trick. We have now seen how they CAN CLEAN UP CA. SF did it for their wealthy dignitaries.

Vallejo has plenty of money. Management is handing out $3K bonuses to full time employees and managers. Dipping into Covid relief funds… don’t the homeless people have a greater need than COV employees? $3K each would help get the homeless off of our streets.
