Hi, I have been trying to fix the pot holes along W stockton blvd between Sheldon rd and Tolkien ave adjacent to Highway 99 On the map it shows it's sacramento city with area code 95758? But the surrounding homes are Elk Grove 95758 Not sure if that's why the problem has not been fixed

Good luck getting anyone to respond as many have tried for a decade to get Sacramento officials to deal with this blighted roadway.
