Please look at the graffiti on the mailbox in front of JR Fusion.

The sidewalk is extremely dirty in front of JR Fusion, there is also broken glass in the crosswalk. Their garbage is placed near the corner and it leaks all over the sidewalk.

power washed the area. it is still a little stained. Will revisit again at a later date.
