Good Morning; I apologize for the delay. Our construction official visited the location and while he observed it is in need of repair, he advised it does not meet the standard by which he would be able to declare it unfit for use, which is the limit of his authority in the municipal code (see https://ecode360.com/8460689 ). We are working to identify any other enforceable measure that may be included in the municipal code.
