This is just a giant mess. there is a homeless woman and man living here. She often screams obscenities at the top of her lungs and has men coming and going all day and night. School will start soon and kids will be walking down those tracks to school. Also I think someone is living on the other side of t b e fence which is on school grounds. Please remove her and all her junk. She has brought a bad element of men into my neighborhood at different times of day and night.
