If you're not in the right tax district you won't get streetlights. You can "rent" a streetlight from the city, but don't expect it to hang out over the street. They will mount it parallel to the street, they said hanging out over the street it might "blind" a driver and they didn't want the liability. Have you EVER heard anything so STUPID??? Only in the south......
