We can hear it also here near 65th and Vallejo. It is loud and sounds continuously day and night.

If you hear this noise, please call the Emeryville Police nonemergency line at (510) 596-3700 to let them know it's bothering you. They do send an officer in response to calls. Officers have contacted the building owner twice but the owner keeps promising it will be fixed "next week." It's been going on since at least Wednesday 10/6.

For some reason, the noise was exceptionally loud last night. Interferes with my sleep.
