Lots has been posted about this new commercial build. Apparently a permit for the build was issued (cannot get anymore information from the city beyond that), but why is not shown here? If this website is a method of communication to the public about builds like this, why isn’t it here? Isn’t that the whole point? Even the small ADU on down the street hawthorne is listed.
