Description

606 M St is still storing trash on the sidewalk and in the alley adjacent to the property. Some bags are not in cans - 2 at the moment. This situation attracts more garbage to be left in this area, obstructing the sidewalk for pedestrians and the alley for vehicles. A shopping cart has been left. The trash is unsanitary and is a haven for rats.
