A down Stop Sign is one of the "top 4" priorities of this kind for TT&P. But outside of M-F biz hours, you must call NHPD Non-Emergency at 203-946-6361. They will contact a TT&P crew.
seeclickfix is great. but for traffic signal outages, stop signs and one way signs that have been knocked down, folks must call these in to TT&P or NHPD too.
