Description

The stop signs erected at Pine Hollow and Split Rail, as well as the stop signs at Pine Hollow and Winforde Dr are illegal and in violation of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Code. Per MUTC, no stop sign shall be used as a means of speed control. Per MUTC, no stop sign shall be erected on a thoroughfare. Per MUTC, stop signs shall be erected on adjacent streets where needed.
