Description

London Plane between road and sidewalk is showing signs of rot at the base of the trunk. Can the arborist please come assess the health of the tree? Growth at top looks okay, but concerned about the tree coming down in a storm as happened to a London Plane in the block next to us last summer. Would prefer tree to be removed before it does damage to our house, or injures someone at this busy intersection in town. Not sure if it's at that point yet, but would like it evaluated. Thank you.
