Valencia Park tennis court - some lights are broken

I'm not sure what this is but is right by my mail box and it makes me
nervous that they might be live .

Across the street water pooling around meter boxes and backflow.

Missing cover.

When buying the home in December I contacted Frontier to have the repair done. I have spoke with them 2 times since to no avail. They have told me to contact the county and submit a complaint for the repair to be done. They started by saying they would have it done to now I need to file a county complaint. So here I am. Please advise.

I’m not sure what this is, but there are a lot of exposed wires along the electric lines.

Box is cracked

These boxes are falling apart and opening. Wires are exposed. Who should I contact?

Flowbird app and text to park. I didn’t get a receipt for text to park and the Flowbird app doesn’t identify Fred Howard park as a place to park. There was a line at one parking payment stand. The other one was broken, but supposedly there are 6 on the island.

There is no cement water meter box.

There is an exposed cable in front of Tierra Sound at 1051 Pinellas Bayway S. Please send someone out to repair.
