Storm drain is blocked below the metal grate. I cannot unclog it. Mosquito breeding ground!

The street was repaved in the fall and left the grate higher than the street so the water collects around it but does not drain. The water is 6 inches deep. I cannot use my side and step on the street.

Every time it rains the street gets flooded. The drain is clogged. There is nothing clogging the drain right now.

Between church and leverette on 11th

the streets on Dexter between clairmount and Taylor floods every time it rains because the road crew put aggregate down in the drain. this was really bad last year people will slide into the bus stop sliding down the street because all the ice from all the water the real mess
