    Third time in recent weeks. With the BB gun shooting on same road the other day, what is being done to monitor this area?

    This property has had 3-4 inoperable vehicles parked on the easement of the road for over a year. Several off them have been towed and left in this location. This is seriously impacting the value of the properties in the area. The large truck was towed to the front of the area and proceeded to leak oil across the road into the neighboring properties. This is an escalating issue that needs to be addressed right away. In addition, they have erected several buildings on the property out of tin that have not been permitted.

    An abandoned car is mostly covered by vegetation and has been on the property for years. The area is served by wells and the car should be removed so it does not leak oil or gasoline into the ground and contaminate wells. This issue has been reported in the past and the homeowner said the car would be removed but that was over 2 years ago and the car is still there.

    The metal pipes and other debris were dumped here by the adjacent homeowner many months ago and are clearly in the COBI ROW. The homeowner is immune to neighborly pleas to clean it up. Perhaps the City can persuade them. Thanks.
