    The sprinkler system at club house appears to have a leaky value and water is flowing in front yard. The flow rate is about one gallon per minute I would guess.

    At this location on Freemanville there is a huge tree on the right side of the road heading north, that completely blocks the view to see oncoming traffic. Lower limbs need to be removed in order to provide a better view. It's currently like driving into a blind curve when this could be easily corrected. Thanks, you guys are doing a great job to manage all this
